Directions:

• Use to apply FLAKES to the cured layer of Wildflowers Tack-Free Metallic Topcoat
• Use to apply Micro Glitters to the nail
• Use to Create a tiny speckled effect using gel paint, or acrylic paint

Clean the "Scrubby Brush" with Isopropyl Alcohol
