How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed via Standard shipping will be processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated, and will be in transit for 1-5 days.  If you have any specific questions about your order, please feel free to reach out to us at admin@hypernails.com

How do I use Wildflowers gel products?

All Wildflowers products that require a curing process are designed to cure in a spectrometry of 356-405nm; similar to that of the Sun lamps.  Research on other lamps curing spectrometry are at the discretion of the buyer.

Will my products look the same as online?

We pride ourselves in making sure that the item you receive looks as close as possible to the one you see on our website. However, studio lighting  & computer screens can sometimes alter the appearance of some colours. 

What is our returns policy?

Hyper Nails can only accept returns under the following conditions: Damaged goods (during or before delivery), Incorrect goods (shipped the wrong items), Incorrectly described goods (clearly do not match the product description) ** CONTACT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 36HRS TO admin@hypernails.com In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods at their own cost in the same condition that they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement & keep any incorrectly shipped good (that must be paid for in full). Refunds or cancellations of orders are not permitted once shipped due to the nature of the products being sold.

What if I need to cancel a booked class?

Cancellations advised more than 20 days from the course will receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee.  Between 19 & 5 days before the course we will offer a 50% refund minus a $50 admin fee, or transfer to another class.  Transferred classes can not be refunded.  Cancellations advised within 5 days of the class will not be refunded but may be transferred. Occasionally we are unable to meet the minimum numbers required to hold the class or are affected by issues outside our control we may have to cancel an event.  If this should occur, we will give you as much notice as possible & provide you with a full refund of the course cost, or class transfer.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer frequent specials that are advertised via emails and our social media profiles. Hyper Nails NZ AUS is not obligated to copy, honor or promote any of the Wildflowers Nail Academy USA's sales & discounts.  

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of your order being placed. After that, we cannot gaurantee changes to the order will be possible. We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after they have shipped.
